The first part of this project is a music video that featured us alongside our dancer/choreographer friend Erica. Not only did we have real k-pop producer Sean Sinclair generously producing one of his original tracks, we worked with a friend who was a native Korean speaker to complete the lyrics, and also attended several dance rehearsals to get the k-pop style choreography down. Wardrobe, hair and makeup were researched and planned out to the smallest detail; real industry designers were asked to sponsor their latest designs for the shoot. The second part was a video that featured a 「mockumentary」 style behind-the-scenes of our 「fake girl group」 at the recording session and dance rehearsals, showing the petty rivalries and personalities surrounding the group. Sound a bit excessive for a parody video? Maybe just a bit. Here’s the cherry-on-top. This is the「real」 behind-the-scenes video of us filming the whole thing.
最初影片公開日訂在愚人節（目標是讓人看到MV認為有新的女韓團誕生，後續再揭曉真相）後來因整體行程改變，計畫延後了半年影片改在萬聖節發布兩支影片，其一是MV，合作對象包括專業編舞Erica老師，專業擔任韓團音樂製作人Sean以及韓文詞曲創作者，還請來多位舞者來搭舞，妝髮服裝也是以出道規格，找來品牌及潮牌設計師的全新作品讓我們在影片中發表。其二是偽紀錄片風格的幕後花絮，以假女韓團的出道為故事主軸，講述團員之間的勾心鬥角。聽到這裡，是不是覺得我們為了拍一個諷刺影片搞得太太認真了？應該是！還不止這樣，此刻奉上第三支：真正的幕後花絮。
